MP40 is noobish in MP
but in Zombies it sucks.
I would choose Thompson cause I like headshots

Aside from getting a ray gun or the two monster machine guns, I like the Thompson and the shotgun (Trench). In the new map pack 2 zombies the first thing I go after is the shotgun on the wall and use it about 95% of the time and its worked very well for me. The way I play is open door, buy shotgun, take a chance on the box and if nothing good I buy the Thompson and after that bouncing betty's. I constantly run around which keeps me from getting killed like some of the guys I play with who just stand in one spot and shoot zombies as they come towards them. I find it funny how they can't understand why zombies keep killing them with a surprise attack. You gotta keep moving around man. With the dogs, I don't shoot until they pounce on me. This has saved me a lot of ammo and missing targets.

I like both on Zombie, but I use Thompson more because of its easy access, but I always use MP40 on multi **** haterz

dude the thompson has better accuracy then mp40 cuz mp40 bounces everywere wen u shoot it i wouldnt use mp40 i hate that piece of shit its for noobs cuz every1 uses it and they underestimate the thompson way to much

I would take the mp40 simply because it has more ammo

I prefer the Thompson cause I use it a lot, but it is a ammo sucker. It still has amazing accuracy and I was playing Shi No Numa round 21 and my teammates were dead I ran got the thompson off the wall and killed like 210 zombies.
