not sure , but do you get host often without it i found on the old internet i had i would never get host so force host never worked very much why not just host a private match doesnt ruin the game for people who dont mod the game

There is no solution. The reason being

1. Your connection
2. Other peoples connections
3. You are forcing the game to give you host so yea it will take a while for people to join.

Since your forcing host, you need to find people with great connection.
