like jot said youll have to get into another challenge lobby but when you do to save the rank go play a zombie or cooperative game. i did this on xbox and i still got the message but i still was 10th 65 with everything and a couple of my friends got the message too and they were reset so i think what i did worked but just try it then if it doesnt work i guess i just got lucky
