This program is currently being created by myself and Smerf. B) B) This is being coded in C#

Beta released, still have a few things to add before V1 is done.

Are those scripts just for zombies? Or will they work for multiplayer too, like the drivable car and unlimited flamethrower? Also do you know the name for the tank model?

The tank model is "veh_t34_mp_dpm_main"

here's a suggestion, make it where it previews the menu before you transfer it to ur console.
don't know if you can do that in c# but its worth a try.
