I've had your patch a while and one thing got annoying, when you die with the menu open it overlaps.. you could fix that, i already have it fixed in my edit of your patch.

So what to add...
maybe a vision menu that effects everyone...discosun etc
Infectable binds
stats editor(low,medium etc)...or is that in the patch?
Definitely get a few new gamemodes
