Can you run around on the roof or anywhere else out of the map... No, do you go on last stand as soon as you jump in the right place... Yes, do you die when you have been in last stand for the normal amount of time... Yes

So you are not out of the map in any useful way, it's as useful as being able to see out a map/under a map through a break in the wall/floor.

I did the float during never ending game and I never got out even though I floated for a good 5 minutes lol.
