This says like "the giant muskrat" then i can't here the rest. But they added dogs, could Der Riese be somthing else? Because I guess the TUNGUSKA theory means this could be aliens due to the meteor and element 115. Since Der Riese is an alien like creature may be due to the addition of dogs there could be like a wave of aliens.

Nooo Lol sorry to correct but if u read,, der rieseis a a secret german testing base and im guessing that in der riese the zombie/alien projec went terribly wrong and they nee to stop it asap I WISH TREYARCH WOULD RELEASE WHAT GOING ON! lol im not 100% but if uread around its what i pickd up
