maybe its ur patch change ur prestige to ninth then prestige then back to tenth and try again

it sometimes does that what i always tell people is choose lvl 65 then unlock all then kill a few bots and restart game works 100% for me

Are you in Private Match? Because some patches(most of the ones i tested) require host to give Challenges and Rank. Just use Force Host if you haven't, get the rank and Challenges, force end game, stay in the Pre-Game lobby and let next match start. Once the next game starts, get a kill(or kill yourself) then end the game. You should have a set Challenge List and Rank.
