I'd advise you to stick with just one patch but yes you can have two patches at the same time. For der Reise, navigate to hdd0/game/*DISC ID*/usrdir/english/dlcmappack3/english and replace the nazi_zombie_factory_patch.ff with your modded one.

For the second der Reise modded patch navigate to hdd0/game/*DISC ID*/usrdir/french/dlcmappack3/french and once again replace the nazi_zombie_factory_patch.ff

As far as I know the above should work, I havn't tested. To change patch, simply change the language to french
