To do this method you need a lag switch and if you do it right you will get host 9 times out of 10. TheKid420 posted his method, but it must have been patched because it no longer works that way. So I found a new similar method. I may make a video if I get a new camera soon, but dont count on it.
------------------------------------------------------------------------
Have your game type selected and click to enter. As soon as you click to enter a game type you immediately flip on your lag switch. It should say "Getting Match Quality...", leave your lag switch on until it changes to say either "Waiting For 6 More People" or "Waiting For Host".
At this point you un-flip your lag switch and wait for it to say "Getting Match Quality" again. When it does you flip it on again and wait until it say "Trying To Join Potential Matches". As soon as this pops up you have to quickly flip and un-flip your lag switch. You have to do this for atleast 20-45 seconds. Dont do it rapid fast, but dont do it slowly either. After 20-45 seconds, leave it un-flipped and it will say "Waiting For 5 Player...". You now are the host.
Its always gonna say "Migrating Hosts" while in the lobby. Just flip your switch until it goes away and then un flip when it does and you'll keep host everytime.
I hope this helps and wasnt too long to understand, let me know if you need me to be more clear about anything.

To sum it up quickly.
-Always lag "Getting Match Quality"
-Always unlag anything else such as "Waiting for 6 Players" or "Waiting For Host"
-As soon as your rank disappears and it says "Trying to Join Potential Matches" you start flipping your lag switch on/off for 30 seconds and then stop flipping and you'll be host.
