I don't know why this happens but maybe treyarch did it to help us because the new zombies is so uber hard?!

On another note-

Hell Hounds..

When the Hell Hounds are introduced in the video,there is no fog (not that I can see) unless they have changed the fog and stuff,but if not then I think that hell hound and zombies will be in the same rounds..

it was probably a coincedence that that happened and i doubt dogs and zombies will be on the same round because dogs were just made to stop glitchers.

You can get 2 power ups in shi no numa
