:45 This is most likely the entrance to the teleporter building. Inside the building you can see a board that has red lights on it. My guess is that it's showing where there are teleporters available but that they haven't been linked up

1:19 At this point Richtofen says something it is incomprehensible except for the last few words: "... matter transference" or something along those lines, it's said kind of funny.

the timer is for the pack a punch machine... in one part of vid you see they have double points, and no timer, and the monkey bomb... possible but highly unlikely

well the fist sign looks more like a hand holding an atom to me. as if it reached in and just grabbed the atom while the electrons were still going around it. basically like hes taking ahold of moleculer builds and changing the world.
