Post: Help with patch editing

(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); There are a few patches that I really like, but don't have any binds for me to use or to infect friends with, or some of the other stuff other menus have such as an option to disable all the binds that annoying people use in my lobbies (Godmode, spamming, etc.). I am brand new to editing patches, hell, I can't even open a patch to edit it. The only thing I know how to do is the GPAD0_MP files from CoD4 which are useless now, and don't apply to WaW which is what I'm into at the moment. I was wondering if anybody could show me how to open a .ff file, whenever I use an .FF viewer, it just comes up as an error. I've also tried decompressing the WaW custom patches, but they never have the .dat file that is shown in several tuts around NGU. I would appreciate any help towards this.
