So apparently from a link in jd 2020's twitter you cant use the pack a punch machine until all of the teleporters are linked. I really hope this isnt true. And also i dont know if people have discussed this yet but i found out what the clock means. The clock is a timer what you have to do is go to a teleported activate it and make it back to the main teleporter before the timer runs out to complete the link. All information was from the sme link from jd's twitter
