Sometimes the dead guy doesn't have to be on the ground. If you throw afew grenades under him it will eventually restart. Also if the connection to the host is bad, the game will sometimes cause you to lag, timeout, load you back in then ethier freeze your ps3 or restart the match.

it mostly happens when the dead guy thats hung in the main room falls and hits the floor it resets the game
