i couldn't find it either, go to multiplayer and it will say
Download Maps *New*

click that, and there is your map pack 3 =)

558mb thats not bad.
and as for 40E a Year thats like almost $100 that sucks for u guys. Thats why PS3 is better we get free intrnet
