Step 1. open your way to the teleporter room with the bowie knife
Step 2. walk inside and to your left are stairs, walk up to the top and through the door.
Step 3. go to the window near the back, he was crouched, i dont know if it matters, next walk into the window and you will pop up a little bit.
Step 4. i dont know if this matters either but a person was downed in front of him.

what happened when he did it was the dogs just kind lurked around the doorway but never walked in, i havent had time to retry this because im downloading it now.
