My best strategy is going to the power handle, open the door behind it and then go and camp up the stairs (with multiple people). You can go get the perks and go to the Pack-A-Punch machine (with the teleport nearby).

mines 25 can't get past 25 it's my barrier it really sucks so fricken bad i get the ray gun and the wunderwaffe and then everybodie leaves or dies it sucks so bad :(
