My best strategy is going to the power handle, open the door behind it and then go and camp up the stairs (with multiple people). You can go get the perks and go to the Pack-A-Punch machine (with the teleport nearby).

I made it to 22 and then got booted. my buddies kept playing and made it to 24. I was stacked with the upgraded browning, upgraded laser, monkeys, speed, juggernaut, and revive.

i cant rmember but i know im in the top 15 i survived somewhere in 420s
