If you left that door on the left closed would it not free up a person for helping with the bridge and or window on the balcony ???

Leaving the door closed helps the front men concentrate on one area and not have to move around and get infront of each other.But its ok if it does get open just have one guy on the left shoot to the right and the one on the right shoot to the left. : )
