Anyone confirm this yet? Video proof? I believe in the theory, but there may be more to it? Until I see the vid, I remain a skeptic.

He said the type 99 not 100 type 100 in normally in the box
here he tells you how to get the type 99 in the box which it normally

i am definitely sure that it is in the game because on the actual COD website it has a list of all weapons when they are upgraded. TYPE 99 IS IN THE LIST!!!!!

Type 99 => The Eviscerator (name when upgraded)
