Did Dr. Maxis say Nevada? That means Area 51. They still need 7 years for development, but no way will Treyarch make us wait 7 years. Maybe 7 weeks. Since August 6, 7 weeks will equal the last Thursday in September. If you are trying to do the music easter egg and you go to the upstairs room there will be a map of days circled. Let me explained it:

The 3rd is the first week of September.
The 10th is the 2nd week of September.
The 17th is the 3rd week of September.
The 24th is the 4th week of September and it ends there.

This tells me, like in the video, the next map is Area 51 and it will come out the last Thursday of September, 1 month before Modern Warfare 2.
