if you mod an xbox you can be perm banned and if you mod the game itself you can also be banned because you are ruining the experience for the people who actually dont mod

I doubt they would ban glitchers (even if they are weak pathetic and sorry) If I'm not mistaken they just do a scan of your gave same data for inconsistencies, that how they catch the modders. Don't quote me on that though, I could be wrong. I'm still curious as to whether it is a temp or perm mod, and if they take that person off the leaderboards or not. I'd sure like to get a fair clean shot at getting my name up there...

dude you dont know shit. do you even know what encryption is? xbox is encrypted. it doesnt take that long for a serious hacker who knows what they are doing to break even the toughest encryption. i mean shit everything is encrypted the internet and html and all that are encryptions. the only reason so many people have mods for xbox is because the person who found them released them, the people who have done it for ps3 were a bit more secretive but now they have been getting out more often.
