Could be some easter eggs it wou;d be cool if you go there and press and hold square or x and see what the character says.

The one by quick revive led me to the cave. The one close to B when u look uo theres a hole with rope and a box. The room right vefore u go to tommy has a crack it the ground with half a paper in it.
