Ok as u see the zombies stay as weak as the round u first skiped
If u did this at round 30 u would get alot of weak but fast zombies
But they do get harder to kill after every round

You probally couldnt do it all the rounds but with the right weapons and perks u could do it for a while

just keep jumping out for a few seconds dont want to draw alot of em

or just run around and try to survive
