its a glitch happened in my games before and the person defo wasnt a hacker because i played him and his kill death wasnt even 1, if he was a hacker he would have 0 deaths

That certainly doesn't look like a glitch to me. Has all the traits of a god moder, the fact you can shoot him and get the 'hits' but not the kill and also his 20 kills to 0 death K/D might give a little hint he is a hacker, doesn't prove he is but it certainly looks that way...
