Post: No players in Der Riese PS3

Why is the game lobby always empty when you want to play Der Riese when your friends are offline. I once waited like 30 mins but still no one came in the Der Riese game lobby. I can only play with friends, if they are online. It is once in a blue moon that I will find 1 or 2 players there.
This happens on the Der Riese map only. The other thing I noticed is that if I invite a friend when I am in the Der Riese lobby, more players will instantly join in within a few seconds (not invites).
Just FYI, I switched from XBOX to PS3 a couple of months ago. All this time, I thought I made a good choice, but now this is starting to annoy me. Have any of you people exprerienced this?

why dont you guys open up the ports for cod on your router. this really helped me out. If you need a tut ill post one.

please do because it is also a pain for me to get into a game on der riese... i have done experimentation with the luck of me joining a decent game... and some people who posted on this thread is right about people being in your party and getting a game faster...
so yeah, a vid tut. would do good.

i have ps3, i dont know if this is it but it might be
1. The time you play you might lag.
i think this because i know that 5pm-5.30pm my connection will go bad and i cant find a game and at about 10pm-10.30pm it gets better i cant find a game within that time. all the other time i have excellent connection maybe thats it
2. its your connection struggling with the ps3 network
you got wireless or wired. ?
wireless my connection sucks
wired its very good
3. verruckt hasnt got as many people playing so the network can sort that lobby out easier. der riese has plenty of people playing so the network can struggle sorting the lobby out. try going on multipayer and then go back to zombies this works for me
