We've all seen the video asking them to fix it, and they responded that they couldn't because the hackers would keep coming back. Alright, fair enough. But I think they should tell their customers that the game is broken and does not work properly. Put a label on the game and DLC saying the multiplayer is exploited and may not work properly. Anyone agree?

You expect them to fix a 4 yr old game.

As good as it would be for them to try and fix things, in their eyes its a lost cause.
Unfortunately, you shouldn't expect them to take any actions. Hell, you shouldn't EVER expect
Activision to do a damn thing with a response like, "the hackers will just keep coming back." It
shows that they don't want to try at the very least.

COD4 and 5 don't have hackers, they have modifiers there's a big difference between the two.

true they do need to do something about it

why bother? they milked all the money they could out of those games already. pouring any more money in to fixing those games would be a waste.
