Anyone else experienced this?

Maybe a bug? Or maybe just a small glitch?

Note : We all heard the voice, but the voice wasn't activating at the same time on each players screen!

Well I think that Der Riese has a lot of minor errors in it still like for example the fact that you can sometimes hear the sound of doors opening past lvl 15 or so even though no one has opened a door so I guess this would like the same thing...

Not a bug or glitch just luck. Max ammo is most likley randomly generated.
