It's Already Been Proven That It Isn't In There.

It hasn't literally been proven until Treyarch actually makes a video cycling through all gun models active in the Der Riese map files.

You can't actually prove it isn't there although it isn't. Also (I still think it isn't in Der Riese) why would they have even given it a PaP name...

Treyarch confirmed that there is no Type 99 in Der Riese.
