It's a hard code to crack . Even if we managed to decrypt this it would not help at all, we would need to recrypt it. So that the game could read it.

yeah, this looks like it has some sort of language then another language then another one, you might be able to figure out some codes but will take a week striaght I'm serious this looks very hard but can be done.

u know what if we just learn how the encryption was made then made hax 4 it then encryptied thoose codes we made and pasted them into the mp file not a bad idea uhh
