There are dog glitches on everymap. No offense but all you have to do is go into a corner and you have a 50% chance of being safe. I cant say this is old or i will get in trouble. But this isnt new, i can say that

buddy its that the dogs dont recognize you as if you were there

dude just so you know anywhere you go where you can crouch but not stand up is almost always a dog barrier. add me my psn is bruschi123 i'll show you at least 100 more on that map and a bunch on others. there not really that hard to find
