(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); this is for anyone who is having problems finding games or they cant connect with their friends. I'm going to explain how to do this on my router because i have an average one nothing special. Most of you will be able this tut perfectly but some of you are using routers that are far more complicated than mine and i don't know what kind it is.

So first step is to open up your router settings. You can do this by going in your web address bar and typing your ip address in. For example mine is 192.168.1.1. Most of you will have the same one but some of you will be different. you can find this by opening up cmd on your computer and typing IPCONFIG. Usually username and password is admin unless you changed it.

Step two is to go to the application and gaming settings tab in your settings. Should be on the top or along the side somewhere.

OK now that you found this your gonna need to find the port forwarding section. Should be in a sub tab but again i dont know wat kind you router your using.

ok now the third step is to input all the ports
they are:
3478, 3479, 3074, 3075,20800-20810, 28960-28970 for UDP
80, 443, 3074, 5223 for TCP
followed by your ip adress.

Heres an example of a line done right

Start Port End port Protocol IP Address Enabled Schedual
3478 ~ 3478 UDP 192.168.1.101 (check the enabled) Always

Now put in all the ports and press apply. Ok your almost done!! now just take the power out of your router and modem to reset them and your done!!


Srry if posted in wrong section. If you still cant connect to your friends then try changing the channel of your router that also worked after i did this.

It's of your router is blocking ports used by COD5 to play online.
