Yeah just gives you grenades like how u can get ammo for guns of the wall

Yes its a grenade. If you don't have 4 grenades and buy it, it will give you 4 grenades again. Its cost like 200 and can be found by any teleporter room(excluding mainframe)

Lol, it doesnt give you ammo, nor guns. Its just like buying a gun off the wall, but max grenades for 200 points. Hope that cleared things up.
