It depends on which side of the +25 you get. If you get 30 points for the +25, you can't spend all your points because you are actually 5 points lower than what the score is showing. The +10 from a window takes care of the 5
point difference.

This is because the game always displays scores with a zero in the one's place.

Don't get any of the "loose change" and you can spend down to 0. If you get two of them and your score changes by 50, you'll be ok, too. It seems the game gives out 20 or 30 every other time, so two consecutive +25's equal 50.
