and I noticed that under doctor richtofen's bio
on the bottem part it says

This must have been either Samantha or Docter Maxis
The teddy bear in the box is posed after them and is possesed by the girl Samantha and she must have looked like that when she was killed by the dog
and now she's taking her revenge on Richtofen, Nikolai, Takeo, and Dempsey
