There really isn't an exact science to this
one tip, make sure the zombie is DIRECTLY behind you when you get hit

Are you sprinting into the corner just as the zombie is about to hit you?

I find this helps, the zombie seems to get you out easier, so next time you go into the corner try sprinting into it Happy
