the person who originally found it was a guy called downey from official cod.com forums, if he couldnt find it in game then its been taken out of der riese but the raw audio file was possibly left in (probably by accident)
truth is its basically what the 935 field manuals say, so therefor its not a huge secret
take this into consideration
The radio about edward "killing" maxis and samantha and also the radio in the tunnel are far more important in terms of the story, yet they were easy to find, so why would a radio that has no new info be so hard to find?
simple, because its no longer in der riese

but what about the blind people they cant read it so they need to hear it! THINK ABOUT THE SEEING IMPAIRD!!! xD jk.... jk.... i dont know i think its just there because the secret to de ries is that they cut the map in half before the release and were too laz to remove some of the things on the other parts =.=
