No one I know right now knows where the 8th radio is but there is a sound file in the PC version that says a welcoming to 935. Someone on here suggested that since every area besides the mainframe has 2 radios and the mainframe has 1 radio..then theres a another somewhere at the mainframe. Just a theory though.
