I have know hot to do ths for a while. I didn't post it because I thought someone would.
First you go into splitscreen mode (only need one person).
Then you hit start and it should say that you need two people.
Then you go into solo mode and should have the scoreboard
I don't know if you have to put the map to der riese in splitscreen but I always do
