No sorry someone can't just give you there accout and you will have the maps because there stored on the playstation.but you can game share, say your friend gave you his account you could go into the playstation store , then downloads , and you will see the maps now you can download them free of charge. Rep me please , or don't.

most dlc can be shared by all accounts on a ps3. So I don't think there is a way.

I have never thought of this as a problem so have never really looked for a way to stop it.

He deleted a gamesave? Was it intentional? or an accident?
Either way just delete one of his you'll be even.
