UPDATE: i got a PTRS and looked in on the passport and i believe its an American 1940's passport.and the white thing looks like a splash of paint.

sorry to burst ur bubbles people but that passport thing is a Field Operations Manual... like a bible to the 935 team

The passport is an amazing find that gives us more clues. Maybe there are more of them around the map?
