bet it will fail like the hole war theme from treyarch seeing as i doubt it will be based on Modernwarefare due to there name change for cod mw2 to just mw2

Because MW actually changed call of duty. Also, how many games are based in the past? Lots. What is the point of playing with a bunch of overrated and overpowered guns?

Metal gear solid was suppost to get a movie and look how its turning out (im not going into detail but look it up on wikipidia if u want)

no it changed from MW2 to CoSad AwesomeMW2 although IW still prefer to call it MW2 so im guessing it was Activisions decision.
