I just been to the barrier where the book is and if you hold x it says **** that id rather eat lead ( well it did to me ) you can see the book.

yes, he does talk about whats from the book, but the book has been found since a while back.

maybe if you shoot all the notes and books on the map itll do the last "radio"... just like you have to link all the brain jars to play the music you have to do the same to all the notes.. or maybe just the notes at the question marks on the map?
