Could the hanging man be that person in the radio?

Ive never seen this radio, did you say next to the big cylinders? under them or on top? i am sure there is not a radio there but i might be wrong.

Right as you come into the room there are two big round shaped objects one has a man on top of it laying down dead if you look on the sides of that one there is a ladder going down if you hold x on it you will hear the radio.

waste of time and no no clip has proven it to be just a pair of zombie legs in the boiler

not completely useless, and it doesnt matter about the body, we are just fitting pieces in the story
