open the 1st door either the thompson or trench gun way and have a friend open the second door and buy trench gun/or thompson

round 5-9
just kill them
round ten buy now you should have had a max ammo from the dogs and about 10,000 points or so open the way to the box and buy jugg and or speed reload and waste the box and start the teleporters

rest of the game
came by the m1a1(the m1a1 wall you have three guys guard that and 1 guy guard the back window) if you didnt open that door and if you did do the wounderwaffle trick
