First of all go onto the multiplayer menu on cod5 and press the ps button and sign out then press ps button again and click play online and sign in repeat this process 3 times and your rank shall disapear and you will be able to click boot camp
Next go onto youtube and start uploading a video whilst uploading click boot camp on your ps3 after 1 minute you shall be host and you WONT get kicked

and by the way its faster IF you go to a private match or a lobby hit O to leave then hover over YES then hit O + X and your badge will disappear 1st time NOT in 3 goes AND you dont annoy your friends by signing in and out
