Well in skipping straight to map pack 5, it will confuse people and make them likely to buy it while they're in their state of confusion.
Totally agree, although they should probably include it in W@W2, since then they could have it done much better, since it's developed as the game is. When they create a new object for zombies, they simply add it to the objects available for zombies.
It could have a similar mechanic to forge on halo, which works extremely well, so that players can find and download maps created via youtube etc.
People on PC have the modding tools, so why not xbox/ps3?
What would also be nice, is if you could mod existing maps, like adding pack a punch + perks to Nacht Der Untoten, or extending the maps with areas that would of course be less detailed, but I'm sure some keen people would create amazing maps, and additions to the existing maps. Adding doors that only opened after round 30, or with 50,000 points, which lead to mounted machine guns, or the discontinued amm-o-matic machine which was left out of der riese. I'm sure people with a greater imagination than myself could think of great things to put in these rooms.
Oh also, would it be possible to add difficulty to zombies? Like choosing easy, medium or hard difficulties when you start? Faster zombies would certainly be a challenge, and them being faster than you on hard would make 99% of strategies to play indefinitely obsolete, as they should be!
Sandbox? Where you can choose what round to start on, what guns you have, how many points, how many zombies, their speed, the number allowed on the map at once, their health and things like infinite ammo, or possibly deathcards?
It'd be pretty epic to have like 100 zombies on the map at once, all with like round 10 health
