Anything used even ONCE is in USED condition. I have games that are months old which are in "LIKE NEW CONDITION" because PS3 games aren't prone to scratching.

Anyways...You should try selling it on Craigslist or eBay cuz I'm pretty sure most of NGU has BO.

Like new is the equivalent to something being used but in new-like condition.
