People don't think before posting. He is informing the forum that his friend can do some sort of 11th prestige service. I would assume it's not for free, since nothing is for free now a days. I for one, wouldn't even think of using this service IF i had a ps3. Why? He hasn;t been confirmed. I rather wait, and see how this plays out.

your friend probably doesnt even know about this and is going to get friend requests and just deny them, maybe he should sign up to ngu and make his own thread about it.
